I have been in the electrical industry for around 10 years. I have always wanted to be an electrician so this is definitely more of a passion than just a job to me. As an electrician my number one goal is customer safety and regulation compliance as they both have to go together for an installation to be complainant and safe for consumers. I am very attentive and I always strive to go the extra mile to make a customer more than happy with the work and services provided. My specialty includes but not limited too house rewires, EV charger installations, consumer unit installation upgrades, fault finding/rectifying work and general advice. My qualifications are level 3 fully competent and trained electrical installation. Fully qualified to the 18th edition and I am also registered with NAPIT as a competent electrical installer.
We found Omar very pleasant to deal with. He understood what we were looking for and offered help & advice. The outdoor electrical work was carried out to a good standard. We would use him again.

Didn't do the job for me but gave me some comprehensive advice for free. Essentially he knew that he wouldn't gain any work from his phone call. A genuine guy who knew what he was talking about.
Luke could not have been more helpful. He was the first to email interest in the job and followed up with a phone-call. He then liaised with the tenants to arrange access, collected the key from the agents, did the job, gave the key back again, whilst keeping me up to date with everything that was going on. He then emailed the certificate and a quote for remedial work as soon as the job was done. He could not have been more helpful, efficient or organised. It was a pleasure to deal with him.
