I asked him to tie up the fronds growing out at all angles from my pergola and he achieved the result that I wanted very quickly, methodically and carefully. It was better than I thought possible to achieve, with a lovely shaped arch to walk through. He took the initiative to clear out leaf debris from the ground although I hadn't asked him to, and I felt as though I was working with a friend.
