The shower installation, completed for my father in law by Mr Richard Cadwgan of Sparked Out Electrical was faultless! He was extremely reliable and kept me informed at all times on the progress as this was being carried out for someone with dementia. This enabled me to discuss the arrangements and the timing of the visit so that it ran smoothly. I can thoroughly recommend Mr Cadwgan and would like to take this opportunity to thank him for his help and a job well done. David

When we moved into our new house we needed power in the shed for the washing machine etc and a few other small jobs. Lee gave us a very reasonable quote and arranged to do the work the following weekend. He arrived promptly at the agreed time and worked almost non-stop. He did everything we had asked, plus a couple of additional jobs, and it all looks and works great. His work is very neat and he tidied up as he went along. We wont hesitate to recommend Lee and will definitely ask him first in future.

Simon and Lewis were excellent to work with - positive demeanors, friendly and very tidy. They resolved a few unexpected issues with the re-wire without complaint and without quoting for the additional work. They were also quicker than expected. A very good company and one I'd hire again in future!

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

Turned up on time, with clear comms in advance to agree date/time. Courteous and reliable. Consulted with me to ensure we achieved what was required with minimal 'making good' required. Cleaned up afterwards. Highly competitive in his pricing. I am very happy with the quality of the work Karl produced. I have already discussed further work with him as I will use him again, and I highly recommend him to others.

Rhys is a young man who was polite and professional, who did a good job and cleaned up well afterwards. He charged me the amout he had quoted on the 'phone even though it probably took him a bit longer than he thought. I would definitely use him again.
