This gentleman met me on site a few minutes early, looked at the job and got on with the plastering in a clean,pleasant, professional manner. Having observed his competence on the initial job, I did not hesitate to offer him further work which he also completed. I have no hesitation in recommending him and will certainly contact Steve again when the two shower rooms are ready for tiling. His pricing is competitive and offers good value for money. Honest, genuine, very hard working. Importantly, highly trustworthy. Although a relatively new company they have good skill and detailed knowledge of plumbing tiling carpentry etc. We used Elm property services for a full bathroom renovation and a full cloakroom renovation. This was a two-stage project. The proprietor was keen to keep me informed with progress, issues deadlines etc and as such I always felt I was an integral part of the project. The standard of finish cannot be faulted with highly professional and friendly workmen being utilised for the work. Any post-build snags were quickly dealt with no quibble. I would highly recommend High and Dry.
