Updated review for 2024: Hired Mark to plaster my hallway and stairs. The stairs and ceiling are okay but the hallway is shoddy workmanship which is uneven and has trowel marks in it. Mark has unfotuntely refused to come back and told me I am just 'making a fuss'. I feel like he got his money so, now isn't interested in doing the decent thing - shame on you Mark. DO NOT HIRE IF YOU WANT A SMOOTH FINISH!

From the quote to the finished wall, every interaction and piece of work has been carried out to an exceptionally high standard. We received a professionally produced quote and there was great verbal communication throughout the build and they always kept in touch. They ensured we were happy throughout the build, discusing details and materials in line with exactly what we wanted. Very personable, polite, courteous and always punctual. At quotation stage you will have access to my portfolio which includes my qualification certificates, proof of liability insurance, client references and previous works so you can be confident of whom you're allowing into your home. A fantasic experience all round. Andy responded, spoke courteously on the phone and provided an estimate, popped in to 'survey' my spec, gave valuable advice and confirmed his quote inside 3 hours. Andy realigned his diary and next day was at my house, right on cue. My water damaged ceiling, complete with hole, is now a thing of the past. Excellent workmanship and an excellent result. Oh, and a thoroughly nice chap! I'll certainly use Andy again and would have no hesitation in recommending his services.
