Ionut did an amazing job re-tiling our entrance hall floor. He responded quickly to our posting and was professional, polite and punctual, working hard and never complaining. His knowledge of his trade shone through and we always felt in very capable hands. The finished job was beautiful and completed on time and within budget. We are delighted with the new floor. Unfortunately as soon as the work was done we developed a leak in the roof (I'm not saying they are related). We were told by Alan's son that the damp was simply the wall drying out. It wasn't and got progressively worse. We did contact Alan again who said he'd come around but didn't. Three other builders have said that the lead work wasn't correctly done and we've since had to pay for it to be redone.
