Abdul turned up to give me a quote and just had a really good vibe about him. He was very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. An itemised invoice was provided and updated after any change so I was always aware of my costs. The team he had working on my job were professional, punctual and very polite. Harry and the Fineline team have been straightforward and professional and easy to work with from start to finish. Quoting was clear, timelines were met, they turned up when they said they would, the job was done by tradesmen who knew what they were doing re drainage etc, the job was done really well and quickly, the site was left tidy with all rubbish and waste taken away. Friendly and pleasant to have at our home too! It was one of easiest transactions I have ever had with a tradesperson. Would recommend.
