Nicholae was quick to respond and gave me an exact quote for the job. He was very clear and precise from the start and discussed what needs to be done. He gave good ideas and suggestions. He was very particular about what job needs to be done and what was agreed for the quote given so there was no misunderstanding later. Simply terrible! We asked for a new front door to be painted. Adam arrived without anything to protect the floor and without proper masking tape (paint has bled through everywhere he has placed it). After completing the first coat there was paint everywhere including our floor and walls and then refused to take responsibility. The actual paint job itself is very poor. We asked him not to return to finish the job. Hugely disappointing!

They were tremendously enthusiastic. They turned up every day, even though it was below freezing in November 2023! Mistakes were made. Primarily setting out the project. The job was to repair a small Victorian external pathway. Adequate spare tiles were supplied. The whole path was dug up and a new concrete base installed then they started from the two sides and worked their way down to the bottom. This meant the pattern didn't fit. They now understand where they went wrong so the next job should be better.
