Our project was quite complex as it involved 3 different freeholders, multiple trades people all needing to coordinate time lines. Tips for future: Please do not go over dirty silicone with new ones without cleaning or removing the old ones. In future always provide your customers with a written quotation specifying the work. Always make sure to place a rag on the floor to protect surface and its very important to clean up afterwards.
