We are a small but capable building company. The images attached to my profile shows our current project. 6 new homes in Dursley. These are 5x 3 story homes and 1x 2 story home. This project has been completed over the last 14 months with some major structural complications that we have over come with skill and perseverance. 3 types of retaining walls implemented to help secure the land. Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. My company can provide a structural engineer, architect, our own in house Gas safe engineer and all the trades to complete your project no matter how small or big. For those that require it we are registered with Advantage Structural Warranty allowing us the ability to offer a 10year structural warranty for new builds. Paints & Ladders with DDE Construction was hired to do a garage conversion. I chose them as they were the only company that offered an end to end service (i.e. design, council application, build,and paint) as I am extremely busy. They excelled in client relationship, as they took me through all the stages of the development their design really focused on what was important to my family. I would really recommend them as they take pride in their work and always conduct themselves in a professional manner.
