1. Paid extra £100 to fit cupboards, drilled right through the wall and tried to hide the hole with one of the pictures 2. didn't fit the bath panel 3. the toilet was not fixed to the floor (originally fixed) 4. the taps on the sink are loose & scratched enamel off sink. 5. Didn't cap radiator, water went through to utility room. Additional costs of painting & new light fitting. Additional cost for a professional plumber supposed to be in quote. Tiling good took longer than your initial quote of 4 days.

The plumber coming had a look at the work to be done, announced a budget, and then, a few minutes after starting, 'discovered' that the works will be more complicated, therefore more than doubling the budget. The remark 'You do not have any choice.' completed this sorry picture, with permanent bargaining. Then, ignoring that customers' reviews are customers' prerogative, the plumber asked for a '5 star' rating. This disqualifies any rating previously received. Sorry, business manners seldom come amiss.

Kept in contact and the work was done with some changes as they assessed on the job and were mindful of not creating a bigger job. Rob and his team did a really high quality job and we are very pleased with the end result (and I am the son of a builder, so my expectations were high to start with).. The finish is excellent on the render and the quality is constant through what was a fairly large rendering job on my detached house. The team were tidy and worked hard to the deadline throughout the process. If you need a high quality rendering job, then I would highly recommending considering Rob's services.
