The building work that D and A Services conducted on my behalf was satisfactory and the people themselves were helpful doing additional bits of work that required attention and buying my choice of paint. However I was very disappointed with the quality of the paintwork that finished off the project. Particularly as I had specified that only professional tradesmen should apply. It was apparent that painting is not within their skill set and I now have had to hire professional painters to put things right.

Petar, compared to the other tradesmen gave me the best advice for the job and the best quote. He arrived on time each day that he worked and only had short breaks. He took pride in his work and was very hard working. His favourite word was “Perfect” and this was reflected in his work.`The job did take longer than expected, through no fault of his own and I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. Kinda hard sellish, which wasn't huge fun. Then didn't hear from them for ages. Then a surveyer turned up to check the place out. Hadn't been told what we had said to sales about diggers not having access. Didn't look properly or measure access points. Then didn't hear from them for ages. Then phoned on Saturday eve asking if they could start Monday. Then turned up with a digger they couldn't get in.
