He gives good prices, but in the end leaves you hanging. Luke replastered the whole house, but some of the work was sloppy. My living room wall is still covered with bumps, which he was supposed to fix before his dad redecorated. His dad painted right over them. This is just one of several problems. So then Luke asked for an early payment and that he would sort all the problems I raised and until then I can hold off 100 pounds. He has since buggered off. I call him, I now get voice mail. I would not consider this contractor for large projects communication was terrible never turned up when expected, expected money upfront no receipts given or guarantee given. Always said he will call to confirm attendance but never did. Can’t fault the guys that attended their work was good but a very stressful project and wouldn’t choose them again if given the choice. I had rubbish on my drive for weeks was given excuses galore. This may be normal in this industry but I would recommend to shop around!
