Well what can you say about Steve? The fella is one of the nicest blokes you will ever meet. Polite and very easy to get on with. We posted the job, Steve replied, a couple of texts were sent and he came round to look at the job. Agreed a price and a day and he turned up on time. Talked you through the job, very clean worker and a great job done skimming a wall and ceiling. Steve advised us of the next process as well. The new insulation and acrylic render will need to be tested by time and weather - it's only been a weeks now - but I am happy with the appearance and the way the work was done. A minor disagreement about needing to apply sealant to laid-over sills was the only hiccup in an otherwise smooth process, quickly resolved. I had had a different (Bexleyheath-based) company re-render the other wall earlier, and in terms of quality, speed and communication Capital Renders wiped the floor with the other guys.
