S&S also provide building services, over 40 years experience in building and maintenance, work include brickwork/ rendering/plastering/concrete floors/pades/bases/ electrical work across the board, from installing to pat tests, board change, etc. certificates and passes, qualifications in photo album for customers reassurance. S.S plumbuilds will be liable for there work for 3 months after completion, any problems in that time scale will be Amended free of charge. This was one of those jobs that had various problems from the start. Having said that SMS did put them all right without complaint. The quote given for the clearing of the site AND the complete redesign was excellent. The original deadline was missed by a long way primarily due to misjudging the anomalies of the site (eg the underlying concrete was a lot thicker than anticipated). SMS were slow in clearing the site after the work was done - it took almost three weeks before the last of the rubble and debris were moved. Overall, I am pleased with the work done and the final result and would be prepared to use them again.
