My bathroom floor under the bath was rotten and had a hole. He did an excellent job, cutting put the debris, checking the joist. He was transparent with the materials and pricing of the job. He came on time, got on with the work confidently and cleaned up and took the rubbish with him. He was respectful and considerate. I would definitely recommend him.

Fixed a radiator in my en-suite whilst decorating a bedroom, removed paintings and replaced perfectly in hall, stairs and landing, lounge was cleaned and tidied after decorating. Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.
