Work carried out the following week & Tom also dealt with an unexpected rodent issue! Happy with the work carried out & Tom has kindly offered to return soon to check on the rodent issue. Only negative was it took 2wks to receive invoice/guarantee, during which time I was worringly unable to reach Tom - he advised this was due to a family emergency
