Excellent tradesman and on time, knowledgeable in his trade and did a few extra little jobs that he wasnt earmarked to do. Employed Lee again to do some extra roof work , would I recommend him? Yes no hesitation

Over all, an excellent job was done although due to poor weather, a three day job became a three week one. Several unseen problems became apparent during this work, but everything was explained and reasons given for delays / further expense. Time keeping wasn’t great as on many occasions they’d arrive after 09:00 and would have gone by 16:00 at the latest. However, very satisfied with the result.

My wife and my found Richard very friendly and helpful. He was prompt and reasonably priced. I would recommend him to anyone . I did to our neighbour he they have also employed him. The next time I need a job doing he will be the first port of call. Martin.

Eugene was organised, professional and friendly as were all of his team. He organised all the relevant building regs applications etc, I didn’t have to get involved, and made sure I was happy with everything before he left. No mess left behind, up front and honest, a refreshing change to my previous experiences of the building trade. Eugene is very knowlegeable and comes up with some great ideas. Highly recommended and will definitely be using Eugene and his company again in the not too distant future.

Really pleasant people to do business with. Very flexible with dates & times. Came when they said they would. Only advertised a very small job which put off most traders. Friendly, reliable and did a lovely job to fit a huge (3 metre +) verticle blind. I was so pleased with the work, I asked them to come again to put together a very awkward wall bed that swings down from a wardrobe. Reviews regarding the bed online, complained of it taking professionals 3 days to put together, but with Adrian and Michael's professionalism, they had it done within a day! Would definitely recommend - when my wardrobes get delivered, A.K K will be building those too. Very happy customer!

An excellent job on my very shabby looking guttering, which is now looking amazing. Jeff was efficient, tidy, and also sorted out a roof leak and tile replacement, and aerial removal. I would definitely recommend Jeff. Good pricing as well.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.
