I would highly recommend L Hughes Property Maintenance - They replaced my large timber decking area with new deck boards and framing. The work was took a week longer due to unforeseen issues. Bill did a great job repairing my kitchen coving, re-using a cut-out piece to fill in two gaps. After repainting them, they merged seamlessly with the rest of the coving. Bill also helped with some touch-ups to paintwork around the house, took time to find the right type of white paint to match and did test patches to check they dried the same as existing paint. Would highly recommend.

Tarek did a fantastic job redecorating two rooms of mine in a rental flat that looked quite bad. He repaired seriously damaged wallpaper where a boiler had been removed and cracks in the ceiling before doing the painting. I was really surprised at how good looking the finished results were. All signs of damage and cracks were gone. Very impressed and I'll be using Tarek again when the need arises.
The two guys responded quickly to my request. Turned up when they said they would. They were very friendly and did an excellent job of rehanging a period door that had come away from the door frame that need cutting out and replacing sections of timber - all at a very reasonable price. Would thoroughly recommend.
