Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. Fixed brickwork on our house. The repair left brick dust on nearby bricks, which they said would disappear in a few months, but it never did. Having said that, the quality was good and the repairs stood the test of time, which is exactly what we wanted.
