I have 8 years experience in wood flooring and decoration. I have great customer service and deal with every situation in a professional manner.
They were tremendously enthusiastic. They turned up every day, even though it was below freezing in November 2023! Mistakes were made. Primarily setting out the project. The job was to repair a small Victorian external pathway. Adequate spare tiles were supplied. The whole path was dug up and a new concrete base installed then they started from the two sides and worked their way down to the bottom. This meant the pattern didn't fit. They now understand where they went wrong so the next job should be better.

A final (and revised payment amount was agreed as main contractor had finished the undone areas. The job started as refurbishing a kitchen extension. Nik and his guys worked quickly and paid attention to detail. Nik came up with the best possible layout given the space. I liked the way he worked so he ended up refurbishing the whole house. He made use of the materials and fixed things that needed fixing as he went along all within the quoted price. I undertake all aspects of internal/external painting and decorating with a professional, friendly and reasonably priced service. We also do internal wall skimming and plasterboard repairs, waste removal and house removals.
Jae and Chubbs are nice enough guys and they did a reasonable job on the wallpapering, though there are a few areas in the room where the pattern has not been matched at all. However, be wary of drastic price changes halfway through the job, speed at which they work and also the amount of paper they waste - despite asking us to order more paper, the amount wasted is far beyond the 2 more rolls we ordered - adding a further £100 to our bill!
