I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

not happy with the quote for the two small walls you knocked out thought you were putting skirting around no you just wanted too ad on materials etc going on about paint your fuel too pick it up what's that got too do with me then had the cheek too ask us for another 350 pounds just too do a few bits of skirting and build another cupboard then I had a quote for the ceiling lol you said we needed a new ceiling quoted me 900 then you said it might be extra work yes it was a joke never mind eh you got paid
