He contacted me promptly, turned up when he said he would, stuck to his reasonable quote and completed the work in the time he said it would take him. The man put some plastic beading around my bath. The first time I used it (3 days later) it peeled away from the wall. He should have filled the bath first to prevent this happening. On the plus side, he didn't respond to my complaint so at least I hadn't paid him for the complete waste of time!

I admit I did need it done asap, but although it was a good job on quick examination, after when I was cleaning I noticed parts that had been missed and there was paint on the carpet. Didn't want to complain as he was very accommodating, so just left it, the paint came off with a damp cloth. I would recommend him as, as Ive said he is very accommodating. and fair price.

Communication was really good and clear, we knew what was going on and when. The tiler was a nice guy, did mostly a good job, left a bit of a mess in areas and left one of the electrical sockets hanging off but nobodies perfect. That aside, good service and overall a decent job, made my kitchen look much better! Would recommend.
