Mr Kefford responded to my quote request quickly, visited that afternoon. I'd initially asked for a tile replacement, but we discussed other work I thought might need doing and he gave me options, explanations and a realistic view of what actually needed doing, which I appreciated and which influenced my choosing him. Gareth is a true craftsman and a gentleman to boot. He was with us for 6 weeks and did the exterior and ground floor to a very high standard, including some extremely demanding wallpapering.
