Over all, an excellent job was done although due to poor weather, a three day job became a three week one. Several unseen problems became apparent during this work, but everything was explained and reasons given for delays / further expense. Time keeping wasn’t great as on many occasions they’d arrive after 09:00 and would have gone by 16:00 at the latest. However, very satisfied with the result.

Gareth is a true craftsman and a gentleman to boot. He was with us for 6 weeks and did the exterior and ground floor to a very high standard, including some extremely demanding wallpapering. Graham was professional from initial contact to completion. He, with his team of 2 more painters, were friendly and helpful at all times. They decorated the outside woodwork and part stone/cob walls sympathetically for the age of this old building. The contract was clear and adhered too. They turned up punctually managing to finish the work ahead of time helped by fortunate decorating weather.
