He started the job before our builders were finished due to tight timelines, and worked extremely hard, initially around them, doing long hours and Saturdays with his dad to ensure the job was completed when we needed it. I did not hire this company. They came to assess the job and promised to send me an estimate by email. However, despite several messages to them from myself, they never had the courtesy to respond or send me a job estimate. I would have zero confidence in this company, and obviously their customer relations needs improvement. Consequently, I am still seeking a tradesman to do the job.
