My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. In relation to what Daniel can do, this was a small job, but we were very grateful that he was happy to take it on and help us out. He was really receptive to text messages, was very accommodating when we had to change the original work date, and was keen to get back to us as soon as the counters were re-fitted, so we had a working kitchen again. Really lovely chap, and we'd happily have him back for any other work we may need. Highly recommend him.
