David James has done an excellent job on our flat. He is particular and has a great eye for detail. He takes the time to discuss the job and gives the pro and cons of different types of paint. He is really tidy and most helpful. He has helped us to coordinate with other workers and has worked to a very high standard all the way through. First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.
