Ross did a really neat and tidy job of installing the electrics for my hot tub .Nothing was to much of a problem for him, i would only ever use him for any electrical work in future.Would have no hesitation in recommending him Phil Warrington

Mike turned up when arranged and got on with the job. His pricing is on a par with the market and he's well versed in health & safety having come from a college lecturing background.

I would give ten stars if I could ,this young man has made an old lady happy,as simple as the job may have been it has made me feel better for having the light fittings changed which I've been looking at for one year now and it's wonderful to have proper light ...lol ...I will be having more work done by this lovely young man and Thankyou Mike God bless you and see you soon . I had my lived in home rewired in one day! Yes that’s right in one day. Mike was prompt. He came to visit when he said he would. Gave me a reasonable quote. We agreed a day. He had a team come out to complete the job on the day that we agreed. Everyone in the team were polite and got straight on with the job. I’m really impressed and content with the work that has been done. I would definitely be recommending Bentec to family and friends.

Howard has been fantastic- after being left in the lurch he was able to help us out with some plastering and what a fantastic job he did. Lee Warburton from Lock Hub made an arrangement to visit for a quote, but never arrived and made no attempt to inform me. I then contacted him to arrange another visit for a quote and once again he never turned up, even though I checked with him the day before to ensure that he would honour the arrangement. Consequently, I find it hard to trust someone who does not meet their obligations .

after first contact by email to arrange a call back , we discussed on phone details of the job informed someone might call to look at site sounded good and promising, nothing since! no show , no calls, no emails. the description was clear and the job defined in the advert. Service level offered poor in contact terms , not what I was told and expected from such a large company . Time wasting from 1st reply.
