I had my lived in home rewired in one day! Yes that’s right in one day. Mike was prompt. He came to visit when he said he would. Gave me a reasonable quote. We agreed a day. He had a team come out to complete the job on the day that we agreed. Everyone in the team were polite and got straight on with the job. I’m really impressed and content with the work that has been done. I would definitely be recommending Bentec to family and friends.

Owen Jones mishandled my house rewire while I was in lockdown in England and could not supervise. He left work unfinished (which I could not tell by the pics he sent so I paid for complete job), He left live wire outside where my outside light should have been installed, he left the electrical socket box on the wet floor behind my washing machine. He did not re-connect my jetted bath tub, nor did he provide me with a signed off certificate. I now have to hire another electrician. DO NOT HIRE

Lee Warburton from Lock Hub made an arrangement to visit for a quote, but never arrived and made no attempt to inform me. I then contacted him to arrange another visit for a quote and once again he never turned up, even though I checked with him the day before to ensure that he would honour the arrangement. Consequently, I find it hard to trust someone who does not meet their obligations .

after first contact by email to arrange a call back , we discussed on phone details of the job informed someone might call to look at site sounded good and promising, nothing since! no show , no calls, no emails. the description was clear and the job defined in the advert. Service level offered poor in contact terms , not what I was told and expected from such a large company . Time wasting from 1st reply.
