I advertised for a Painter Decorator having looked Mr Art rating I chose them. Their work was unbelievably good well beyond my expectation, from the day they started they were punctual and hard working very skilfull no job was too hard for them. Spencer provided a detailed quotation. His references showed us their projects and spoke very positively about Spencer. The team worked very hard, the workmanship was excellent and they were very tidy. During the project we made some adjustments to the requirements, partly our choice and partly recommendations from Spencer. All costs were updated and transparent. The project was completed per the agreed schedule and we are very happy with the result. I would highly recommend Spencer and his team.

I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

Milan and his team are currently 8 weeks through our building project, which includes removing two supporting walls, installing a new kitchen, windows, skylights and bifolding doors and autility room with toilet and shower. Although we still have a few weeks until the project is finished, we are very happy with the progress and worked carried out so far and find Milan and his team to be trust worthy, reliable and hard working.
