Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.

James replied relatively swiftly. After assessing the job, James was able to start at a mutually convenient date. We were concerned that we'd have a potential issue in matching our mortar colour-shade but James put our minds at rest and surpassed our expectations. We've since called him back to do another job for us, which he did exceptionally well too. We'd have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him. He's punctual, reliable, trustworthy and does a terrific job. Thank you James!

Graham arrived exactly when he said he would, with all the necessary materials to lay our bathroom slate floor and ceramic wall tiles. He then fixed a plasterboard problem that was not his to fix, before getting on with his tiling job. He worked 4 days solidly, right through to Sunday, to complete the job to our deadline, without any complaint or extra weekend charge. Our tiles look beautiful and I can't wait to use our new bathroom. I wish our builder was as helpful and reliable!! Thank you Graham.

We had Phil and Keith back again to do more work in our garden as they did a great job last time. Yet again they have done an amazing job! Outstanding builders, professional and trustworthy from the initial stages to completion. Substantial project which was architecturally challenging was totally mastered by Maciej & his team. Couldn't recommend them more highly. Excellent throughout. Complete transparency with costs & an explanation, would use again in a heartbeat. Your project will be in very safe hands!

We used Benny's Building Services to replace a garden tap and HP ball valve in the loft water tank. The work was carried out to a high standard and very promptly at a fair price. Very polite and helpful tradesman. No job is too small. We would most certainly use this firm again in future.
