Kris was contracted to renovate my 4 bed home: chimney breast removal, structural engineering work to open up the living area and open plan kitchen, replastering walls including tearing down dated artex ceiling. Even out the floor of an old home with uneven planes and complete tiling and wood flooring, completely renovated two bathrooms and installing a utility room and a boiler, including a lot of plumbing work! He completed the job to a very high standard and is very reliable! On time & on budget!

We were very happy with the work done by Dan and his team at Akoni Construction. I had a 20m2 porcelain patio laid which looks fantastic. It is evident that they have taken time and care over the work completed. They also had the expertise for a second job I added to pebbledash a wall on our rear extension, which now matches the rest of the house perfectly. The project took a while to complete but the entire process was hassle free and ran so smoothly.
