Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.

Paul has been a fabulous help to both us and my mum’s house/ garden. He has listened to our requirements, offered sound advice and always highlighted cost effective options. He has undertaken cement work, fencing, power washing, garden maintenance at all levels plus many other jobs to secure ‘winterise’ our homes and gardens. The work started off most adequately. The weather did slow down the progress but the work has been left unfinished and now 'Heritage Property Specialists' have simply disappeared off the face of the earth. I failed to received the promised guarantee for the work completed. Be very wary of using this company.
