I was apprehensive appointing someone through a website, but so glad I did Carl was great, from a very informative initial meeting and then estimate all the way through to completion of 1 ensuite, 1 small family bathroom and 1 small downstairs toilet. He was full of useful ideas which helped the project go smoothly. Due to the nature of this project, flexibility was key and he excelled in this regards. Phil was great with the job we wanted done in our utility room. It was delayed slightly due to late delivery of some of the supplies, but Phil stayed on top of that and kept me informed with updates whenever he got them. On the day he was punctual, friendly and tidy, and did the work to a high standard.

Wayne and his team did a great job, i am very pleased with my fitted wardrobes. They are stunning. i gave good for reliability only because Wayne is so busy it took a while to actually get the guys in to do the job, several months. i love them and they did a good job so worth the wait.

Mr Ovy and his team demonstrated excellence in their workmanship with efficiency and at a very reasonable price! They were very professional, but offered genuine customer service - upfront and honest, and offered their expert advice on how to make savings but still get the job done. First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

Roger and his crew achieved a complete fire door and frame (with fitments) replacement in a single day. They left my flat clean and tidy and were away by 3.15pm. Great work
