John and I conversed from calls and messages including some pictures, I have never actually met John, but the work he was able to complete for me was great. John replaced worktops, fitted upstands, splash back, sink and tap, gave advise and replaced unit under the sink. He came back on a second visit to finish the job. I would give 0 stars if possible. Eugen seemed like a nice guy and we trusted him. He was building us a standard single bed over a stair box. He started in July, it is now mid-November and after numerous messages and calls to him, he has finally replied months later, saying he won't be coming. Not only has he left it looking bad and unfinished, he has built it too small so the standard single mattress we have bought won't even fit on. We also paid him most of the total payment. DO NOT pay him until done.
