Gareth from GSD Carpentry was very professional from start to finish. He responded very quickly to my post on ratedpeople.com and then was very prompt in being able to come round to my flat and quote for the job. Roger and his crew achieved a complete fire door and frame (with fitments) replacement in a single day. They left my flat clean and tidy and were away by 3.15pm. Great work

Employed S G Maintenance to re-fit a laminate floor in hallway and kitchen that had been damaged due to a flood. Is a pleasant and well mannered person. Worked very quickly. Very clean and disposed of all rubbish. Good value service. Had a problem, S G Maintenance came back and put it right immediately without any delays or arguments. Fantastic tradesman I can fully recommend for all work. Ross changed my sink, re sealed the bath and sinks, completed other maintenance work and painted and glossed my home to a very high standard, very quickly and for an excellent price. Extremely hard working, 100% reliable and trustworthy and someone we will be using again.

Dean has done an excellent job fixing sealant leaks in our two shower rooms. Dean is efficient, thorough and most importantly honest. I thoroughly recommend him for any work around the home and we look forward to him working for us again.
