James was professional, skilled, and always turned up on time and when he said he would. His workmanship was excellent, and pricing was competitive. He finished the job on time and we are pleased with the end product. The flooring was not completely straightforward to lay, but with good advice from James on how to deal with the quirks (uneven floor, steps that were difficult to negotiate) we have a fantastic end product. Can't recommend James highly enough.

I was very impressed with Krystian, prompt contact after enquiry, was the only tradesman to actually listen to what I needed and produced a quote which met my needs fully. His price was fair and consistent, perhaps not the cheapest but I didn’t necessarily need the cheapest, I wanted the best value with quality and trust. He completed one bathroom within a month of instructing, to a high standard and we were delighted. This gave me full confidence to let the second bathroom which again was superb

Steve from Phoenix Refurbishments did a first class job for us. He understood exactly what we were after but was also able to make some great suggestions from his experience. He was very professional and fair and kept us well informed throughout the job. The work itself was carried out to a very high standard and we are delighted with the result. I don't normally give full marks for anything as I feel there's always room for improvement however in this instance the stars are well deserved. Carl arrived on time and completed the job within the time specified , to a high standard and carl ensured that he left our house as clean and tidy as he could , I would feel comfortable recommending him to other people and would use him again

Graham fitted our Masterclass kitchen and replaced the flooring throughout the ground floor. Despite some design faults (which were down to the kitchen supplier) Graham was able to think outside the box and recommended alterations to the design. We ended up with a different kitchen design but one which fitted the space much better. He even built 2 additional cupboards from the leftover units which were a bonus. Graham was punctual, very tidy and finished the job to an excellent standard. Highly recommended.

Steve was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, skilled, polite and diligent. He was always on time, did an excellent job and we would definitely use him again, in fact we are going to use him again. Big thank you to Alex and his team. Excellent refurbishment of my kitchen and bathroom. Finished to a very high standard. Alex has a great eye for detail and takes much pride in his work. He has been flexible and accommodating with his work schedule, and understanding of delays that I caused. There were no unexpected costs and excellent value. Highly recommended.
