Darren did a fantastic job fitting a strong shelf in the kitchen, a new work surface in the external office and removing the decking around the office and making good. He was helpful, friendly and carried out the work just as we instructed. He worked professionally, arriving on time and leaving everywhere clean and tidy. He went a step further as well, helping with a few small jobs that needed doing. We would happily recommend him.

Robbie has now completed 2 jobs for me; roofing membrane on a large flat roof and a 50sm raised decking area on sloping ground. The work completed was of excellent quality. Unfortunately Under 1 Roof were too busy to quote within my time frame so I cannot comment on their work. James sent many photos of previous projects when asked and it would definitely approach them in the future.

Owen did an amazing job ripping out and old kitchen and flooring and disposing of all appliances flooring etc. and subsequently fitting a new kitchen and flooring. We found him reasonably priced and we paid what was quoted , professional and prompt . He was always on hand to ask and reply to any queries. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him we will certainly be using him again in the near future. We had never used him before finding him on this site and are over the moon with his workmaship .. chris

The decking is sagging and moves every time you walk on it which we have to do to get out of the garden. The step also rocks when walked upon. The wood was left cracked in areas and there are some miss cuts. The concrete was undertaken during torrential rain and has resulted in constant dusting being trailed onto the decking and subsequently into the house. The concrete ran down the length of the driveway and cannot be removed. Phoned to complain 3 weeks ago and heard nothing further.

He was very prompt to reply to my posting and appeared in the garden just a couple of days later. He did such a good job he's coming back to build us a bike shed and sort out the flowerbeds.
