Did a fabulous job on my back yard concrete patio which was crumbling in places and needed levelling. Also suggested adding another step to a rather steep step in place already which made perfect sense and he did a great job with that too. Took 1 day and sent photos of the site after work. Very impressed and very happy with the outcome. I recommend this company and will be using them again on other jobs in the future.

What a superb craftsman Ian is. He couldn't have been more helpful throughout the work always keeping me informed, checking things as necessary. I posted the job on Thurs, Mick and Pete came round on Sat morning and the job was done by Tues. Really professional and friendly guys who explained everything to me really clearly. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

Very fair price and excellent quality works. Also very kind and patient with advises and recommendations on how to sort out different DIY works not related with works carried out. Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.

Decoration and renovation were great all round and offered the best advice out of all the people I looked at and the end result was much better because of them.
