I have been a carpenter since I could lift my Dad’s hammer aged 3! The picture is my late Dad Roy Gilbert , the best teacher I ever had, pictured with my son Alex, the future of our company and a complete tach head! From the age of 14 working through the school holidays , to full time for the past 25 years self-employed. Working around the London and Home Counties of Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire based in Denham with easy access to the M40 and M25 I am ideally located with my own equipped workshop. We specialise in outdoor living spaces in the garden, the extra space has become a place to escape the kids, the TV or the other half! Call it a man cave or Avalon or just a shed we create the space for you and your family to escape. I have built garden studios from scratch or put together flat packs, the choices are endless, with decks and chill out zones for BBQ’s and other events . It’s like your own home from home in the garden. The interior space of the second house can be customised any way you want, flat screen TV ,Sound system, recording Studio, sound proof practice studio for wanna be Phil Collins’ or Ginger Baker’s!! With social distancing and all the restrictions imposed on us, this is the ideal area to exploit, however large or small. With our knowledge and expertise we can transform that space into a little haven. If I could add 10 stars, I would. Martyn,Russ and their team have done a First class job on my kitchen, at a reasonable all in price. All completed in about 10 working days. Martyn came and prices my job and I thought I had a good idea as to design, however his experience guided me to amendment that would enhance and improve the layout. A start date was agreed and right from the start everyone arrives on time and completed a FULL days work and no one left BEFORE the site was clean and swept. THANK YOU.

I was apprehensive appointing someone through a website, but so glad I did Carl was great, from a very informative initial meeting and then estimate all the way through to completion of 1 ensuite, 1 small family bathroom and 1 small downstairs toilet. He was full of useful ideas which helped the project go smoothly. Due to the nature of this project, flexibility was key and he excelled in this regards. Robert did a fantastic job refurbishing my bathroom, including dealing with unexpected mould and finding solutions that worked for me e.g. installing a dimmer switch as I am very sensitive to light and standard bathroom lights are too bright for me. He was very professional and clearly has a lot of experience as well as pride in his work. He was respectful of our home, very reliable and very hard working. I’d have no hesitation recommending him to anyone looking for someone to do a great job.
