Responded very quickly and was able to come and do the job the same day, despite it being a small job. I had a problem with a leak to my downstairs neighbour and Mark did a very good job resealing the bath and investigating other potential sources of the problem.
Decoration and renovation were great all round and offered the best advice out of all the people I looked at and the end result was much better because of them. They are high quality, very flexible, did everything when they said they would and were easy to work with. They have my recommendation and I will use them again.
We used J.A.M Home improvement for our new home redesign and renovation project. we had big plans and the building team headed by Ivan was very helpful at giving us ideas and solutions to our vision. We re-floored the entire house, installed new appliances, a new kitchen, re-painted, re-paved the driveway, re-modeled the bathrooms and re-modeled the garden. Catalin was meticulous with his measuring. He worked tirelessly and came back at night the following day to finish the job because it rained on the Sunday afternoon so we were unable to finish. First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

A really lovely guy, he was so kind and tolerant when my two year old insisted on helping him. I was really pleased with the beautifully crafted cupboard and ergonomic design. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. He was a really nice talented professional that was incredibly tidy too.
I am very satisfied with a quality of the work. The tradesperson explained me possible consequences of the job (since the wardrobe was attached to the ceiling, the floor and the walls I would need a decorator later on) before he started, was asking for my clarification on some details during the course of his work, Everything was done neatly, the tradesperson vacuumed the floor after he finished and removed the rubbish. I am definetely reecommending him.
Mr Goodman, was punctual for all appts before starting the job. He brought with him relevant colleagues, ie electrician and plumber. He started work last week and so far all is going very well. The only problems have been with deliveries, but this is not his fault.
