We choose to stay as a small company and unlike many others, we strive to dedicate our time to work with on one project at a time regardless of the size and duration. Our clients are often paying for a dream or a lifestyle that they have worked hard for, we need to feel as involved in this process as possible to help them achieve their goals. Our approach is what gives us inspiration and makes this more of a passion than just a building job! We believe our clients should get to know the tradesman/people who are working on their project and not find that they are paying for a constant supply of strangers who are just on site to do a job as quickly as possible. We share a great deal of time with our clients and often their families too, we also return home to our own families and talk about the day we had at work! As we share our lives together through this time we make every effort to make it an enjoyable experience for everyone involved. You hear many people saying that they would never do a large build again, meaning that the experience, was too stressful for whatever reason! We believe it doesn't need to be this way. Our approach can help avoid this and we will always advise a new potential client to speak to our previous clients and view our works. Projects are priced to allow us to have your job done with care and so a 10 year craftsmanship warranty can be provided. With this in mind we have a very open and transparent pricing matrix so you are fully aware how price so that any extra works that you might want doing is fair and reasonable. We believe an informed client is in everyones bests interest, so we will actually sit down with you, go over your remit and when necessary ask questions on design, build and equipment that we feel you might also need. We have found that in the past this allows you to have as close to a final price prior to agreeing to have the works done thus meeting expectations were reasonable practicable. My working life started when I was 11 where I helped to rebuilt a luscumbe silvare 8e light aircraft and a triumph TR6, at 13 I started working at a family theme park where I undertook maintenance tasks until the age of 19; in this time I worked on hydraulic, pneumatic and electromechanical timer systems. The knowledge I gained was amazing and very interesting. I went to college at the age of 17 where I studied full time as an electrician, plumber, carpenter and electronics engineer, this has allowed my professional career to be an eclectic mix within the construction industry. I rather enjoy doing some intricate work where a high level of detail is required, but I am also happy doing odd small jobs too.
