M&M Construction did a fantastic job and gave us exactly what we had wanted. From the start, they were easy to work with and understood our needs completely. Even with a few changes along the way, the job remained on schedule and on budget. Their advice was really helpful and the standard of finish was very high indeed. We had access to running water and a working oven throughout the entire process which was very much appreciated and the site was tidied at the end every day. Would highly recommend them.

Sam was just amazing. We had a major loft conversion and house extension done. At first we just asked him to refit the existing kitchen, which he did brilliantly. Then we asked him to build fitted wardrobes in the bedrooms. After that there were a dozen small joinery jobs such as building shelf units at the ends of the baths, boxing in pipes etc. And there was tiling. Everything was done to a very high quality, very quickly, with creative input, and at a very reasonable price. Sam is strongly recommended.

I have over 35 years experience working in the carpentry industry and am able to work in both sectors, of carpentry and joinery. For the last three years I have been working with a local company, building Victorian Glass houses and sadly the owner has made the decision to retire. With this in mind we have a very open and transparent pricing matrix so you are fully aware how price so that any extra works that you might want doing is fair and reasonable. We believe an informed client is in everyones bests interest, so we will actually sit down with you, go over your remit and when necessary ask questions on design, build and equipment that we feel you might also need. We have found that in the past this allows you to have as close to a final price prior to agreeing to have the works done thus meeting expectations were reasonable practicable. My working life started when I was 11 where I helped to rebuilt a luscumbe silvare 8e light aircraft and a triumph TR6, at 13 I started working at a family theme park where I undertook maintenance tasks until the age of 19; in this time I worked on hydraulic, pneumatic and electromechanical timer systems. The knowledge I gained was amazing and very interesting. I went to college at the age of 17 where I studied full time as an electrician, plumber, carpenter and electronics engineer, this has allowed my professional career to be an eclectic mix within the construction industry. I rather enjoy doing some intricate work where a high level of detail is required, but I am also happy doing odd small jobs too.

Steve is a first class tradesman, knowledge, skill, and ability is excellent, he did a loft conversion, installed steel beams, all timbers and decking for new 130sqm flat roof, studwork, installed staircase, Blockwork on extension, cement fibre cladding, will with out doubt use again and cant recommend or praise him enough, he came with a impressive portfolio of previous work, he can totally be relied upon and one of the rare tradesman where i don't have to worry about his workmanship,

We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year.
