I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. You can talk openly with them and they can also provide good advice that meets your personal budget and expectations. The job was finished on time, with no delays on their part, and they showed an excellent understanding of our needs. The project turned into a whole bathroom & kitchen refit so it was a large job. The Claridges were thoroughly professional and clean. They came along a few times and designed it up for me, incorporating any of our feedback into the design. The work took a lot longer than planned, but it was very extensive. The end results were fantastic, we were very pleased with the work. We'd definitely hire M.C. again.

Came and quoted, then did lots of small jobs for me, between his bigger contracts. Recommended replacing some spotlights in some rooms for safer ones, which seemed sensible, but didn’t push the higher costs. Overall, nice guy, very efficient, obviously knows his stuff. Thanks.

An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. Petre and his team were exceptional. He was able to complete the entire job including plumbing, complex fitting of worktops and three sided breakfast bar, splashbacks and hardwire electric installation in just three days and to a brilliant standard.
