This so-called plumber, who barely speaks English and uses his wife as a front, claimed he could do everything. I hired him to fix a leak, but he trapped air in the system, cutting off my upstairs cold water completely. He had no idea what he was doing and bailed without fixing the mess. Do not be fooled by Stephen's laid back nature and quite approach, the structural building work we asked him to undertake was, once agreed, carried out to the letter, completed on time, to a very high standard and within budget. We would not hesitate using Stephen again for any building work.
