I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. From changing taps to full bathroom installations, heating and plumbing engineers of a high standard. Can do everything from start to finish and always leave the place clean and tidy. Full tiling jobs undertaken, plastering, all joinery work. Media walls and downstairs toilets.
Paul and Kieran did a great job replacing my bath and damaged floor with a shiny new shower. It looks great and they left no mess, a very efficient and tidy job. I’m very pleased with the high quality of the work done and the price paid. Would definitely recommend these guys.

Really good quality work but really unreliable. I had him start a job in February and it's still not completed. Always cancelling when I took time off work to be at home to allow access and monitor works in my home. Really shocked that I have been totally disregarded as a customer who has also paid good money to get work done. Would not recommend!! avoid.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Eugen seemed like a nice guy and we trusted him. He was building us a standard single bed over a stair box. He started in July, it is now mid-November and after numerous messages and calls to him, he has finally replied months later, saying he won't be coming. Not only has he left it looking bad and unfinished, he has built it too small so the standard single mattress we have bought won't even fit on. We also paid him most of the total payment. DO NOT pay him until done.
