I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. You can talk openly with them and they can also provide good advice that meets your personal budget and expectations. Paul has transformed our Kitchen, and it now looks amazing, and is a pleasure to use. Everyone that sees our Kitchen comments how nice it is, and I love it! He also changed the flooring in the kitchen and hallway, and did an excellent job. Paul offered excellent communication, was always on time, and kept the house as clean as possible, which was very helpful considering we have three young children. He couldn’t have been more helpful, so much so that I’ve booked Paul for some more work in the new year.

Chris and Dan are v professional and polite. They have competitive prices which does not mean that they scrimp on the high quality of their work. Chris contacted me immediately, met me that evening and commenced work within days - v efficient. The completed work was done to a high standard and the property was left neat and tidy (v, refreshing for tradesman!!) They will advise on work that would be useful but leave the final decision to you which illustrates their knowledge in their field of work.
