I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Job done in a friendly and considerate way, and we liked the result. Issues which arose (e.g. water coming through ceiling below two evenings after they'd left) were rectified, and snags at the end were dealt with promptly. Cleaning up was fairly good but not perfect - tiles needed quite a bit of further scraping, scouring and buffing to remove traces of grout and adhesive. But altogether perfectly satisfied that we got what we paid for.

Carpenter by preference but do most general building work with over 30 years experience from fitting a door to complete new build. I always leave the site clean and tidy. I take every job seriously as I know how important even the smallest job can be.

Hi My name is Llyw I am a qualified joiner and have been in the trade for the past 14 years. In the past I have worked in the joinery industry working to very high standards producing hardwood windows, doors , shopfronts etc. Once I felt my time had come to an end in this role I worked closely with an investor sourcing , purchasing, project managing and renovating property. In more recent years I have been working within the kitchen installation and renovation industry. This can vary from supplying and installing kitchens from many of your well known kitchen manufacturers to installing high end bespoke framed kitchens. I now feel I have found the industry I truly enjoy and take great pride in my work and service I provide. With my background in producing high end joinery products and working to fine tolerances I can ensure a quality installation, finish and product. Due to project managing the renovation of properties I can also ensure I complete projects within the given timescales from the initial planning stages through to completing the full installation.
Not big or expensive, but an awkward job, and the tradesman gave it his careful attention. We are very pleased with his work, and would use him again if the occasion arose.
