I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. You can talk openly with them and they can also provide good advice that meets your personal budget and expectations. Adrian was a star throughout. He gave us the most competitive quote and helped us decide which installation options were practical, possible and cost effective. He was very willing to adapt to suggested changes whilst staying on a tight schedule throughout. Even when we didn't have a couple of cabinet storage options available, he willingly came back 2 weeks later to finish the job at no extra cost. The quality of the work has been outstanding and I'd gladly refer his name to anybody looking for a fitter!

Having to fill in quality and value on this questionnaire, although could not comment but going to give a 4 star rating so can process reliability communication/response rating which was excellent.
